What the free tier actually gets you

Is it worth it?

For a solo user, yes — the Free plan is unlimited and covers docs, notes, and light database work without hitting the block cap. The 5 MB upload cap and 7-day history are the only real frictions, and neither is a dealbreaker for personal use.

For a small team, Plus at $10/mo per user is the realistic starting point once you add a second member, since that's what triggers Free's block limit.
